Plan around your business
Tell us how the space is used, how many rooms or zones need attention and whether you have existing equipment. An office, a shop and a larger commercial building can have different layout and control needs.
Installation for commercial spaces
Discuss split, cassette, ducted and VRF options with the team. Share plans or room details, the planned use and any access requirements. Ask for a clear quote covering the unit selection and the agreed installation scope.
Repairs with useful information
If an existing unit has a fault, send the make, model and symptoms. Mention any fault codes and how many units are affected. The team can confirm support for the equipment and the next available booking.
Make maintenance part of the plan
Tell us about your units and their service history. Ask about a maintenance schedule and access arrangements that fit your business. Agree the service scope, cost and timing with MACAIR before the visit.
